• thank you for visiting my new blog

I’m Nancyelizabeth, a Southern California photographer that is finally joining the 21st century and Blogging for my clients!
Seeing that I am also a mom, of two budding artists and a  wife with a husband that is also a photographer,
you will also find their work here on “my” blog. That’s just the way it “rolls” around these suburbs!
Nothing fancy, nothing to get too excited over, just us sharing with you.
Together, we are Team Hp, a family of art and photography lovers and we thank you for visiting!
Please leave a comment if you are so inclined or email me: my website link is above.
    Thanks Again!

  • save the date…

How do you like my new save the date card? I love playing around with PS ~ I would love to take the time to learn graphic design, oh and how to make those cute little cupcake pops, but I digress.

Aren’t these two just the cutest couple?

I bet 11.11.11 will be a BIG wedding day this year and how could the hubby ever forget?!

    may you be blessed

    a friendly reminder…

remember you can skip personal entries by scrolling down to the bottom of page and choosing your preferred area, seniors, children, editorial, etc

    new year…new challenge

I know it has been the “new year” for 23 days now and I have neglected my blog much longer than I care to admit, but it is a new year and I am challenging myself to blog…gulp…daily. Yes, daily. I have NO idea what on earth I will have to blog daily, but I am giving it a whirl! I appreciate you still visiting after my hit and miss blog updates: I appreciate you waiting months before getting your sneak peeks on here and this “new” year I will not be making you wait any longer.

Starting today I will try my very very best to post something so you don’t get that, “argh…same post” feeling when you click over to our blog. Remember that you can scroll down and simply pick your category so you can eliminate seeing my family updates if they bore you! I will also be adding a photographer category to do some tips and tricks sharing, as well as combing other categories so you don’t want to run screaming from the choices!

That being said, welcome to the New Year; I hope to see you here again!

because a post is ALWAYS better with a pic…

    may you be blessed…

    editorial photographer temecula ca…

the seriously short blog entry of the

    sweet and stunning bride…

I love the contradiction between the tough and innocence in this one…

thanks for allowing us to shoot with you…

(this was an editorial shot not their actual wedding day ~ hence the short and sweet entry I am allowed to do!)

    Be Blessed

    california bride…

M had great opportunity to capture these recently…

    the stunning bride…

    young and in love…

sigh… ahh to be young and in love…

I bet that you would like to hear all about their great love and how their eyes met from across the room and angles sang and the rest is history… well, I’d love to tell you that but it was and editorial shoot and I am not sure these two even met much more than 5 minutes ago… but you can’t tell because they rock!!!

    she was truly a rock-star…

     speaks for itself here…

    Be Blessed

    something old… something new…

something borrowed something blue…  but nothing blue about this shoot

a bit of crop in camera and it’s a whole different feel… which do you prefer?

she was just a dream to work with…

    still working… temecula wedding photographer

so sorry for the lag in postings, just busy working on images and meeting with clients and shooting

I am loving how the wedding images are turning out, but then again I don’t believe love ever photographs poorly.

Here are a few more from this wedding, check my site for more tonight and this week: just use your password to see your images.

Again, thanks for allowing us the opportunity to document this lovely lovely day.

    the stunning bride…

gorgeous details on the bride’s dress…

classic…. I like this one in black and white just as well

    Be Blessed

    school’s not just for learning…

it seems it is also a  great place to fall in love!

At least that’s what happened when the school’s amazing IT wizard happened upon a lovely kindergarten teacher. Let’s just say her classroom computers were fixed and checked on often and the rest is history as they say! We thank you, L and J,  for allowing us to photograph your wonderful wedding and we are hoping you are enjoying a peaceful getaway. Here are a couple sneak peeks that you can see when you get back, as I am sure J didn’t bring along any electronics on the honeymoon!

I love how you can see her joy in not only their smiles but also in their eyes!

Although, to be honest, some of their joy may be caused by my promise to stop running after them, snapping away, after this shot.

I do so love shooting people in love… ahhh… it just melts me

gorgeous flowers… one of my favorite shots that Mark got.

(he actually shot most of this, I was just his second shooter)

I loved these girls ~ their energy was marvelous.

Seriously, jumping in the fountain was just p.e.r.f.e.c.t.

I know L would have been right in fountain with them if they were near the fountain after the reception.

much much more love to come….

    Be Blessed

    editorial photography …

here is another shot that Mark captured, will be posting more from this soon…

    As always

    Be Blessed

    editorial photography, Los Angeles

getting further and further behind…but it’s all good

Here are a few from Mark’s shoot at www.themountainmermaid.comin Topanga Canyon a few weeks back, the day of the fires… they were dodging massive sprinklers that covered and protected the entire grounds… I was sorry to miss it on one hand but thrilled not to be in the 6 hours of traffic to get home 100 miles ~ gotta love California! Overall, I would say it was worth his efforts (easy for me to say from the comfort of my computer).  Seriously, these images are touching, classy and just plain old gorgeous, if I do say so myself. (hey, wife bragging rights, OK?) Mark is now our “official” wedding photographer ~ so if you have an upcoming nuptials drop us an email ans we’ll see what we can do for you.

This is one of my favorites.

I love the desaturated “timeless feel” to this. The movement of her dress combined with her look draws me in and makes me wonder just what is going through her mind.

and well, magic is all I can say…

this belongs on the big screen…romance coupled with gentle passion brewing just below the surface…

    can you say modern bride?

ahh… another moment that takes me back to my days of romance novels…

    she is simply breathtaking…

here it is in color and with the groom!

… and just in case you wondered if she was happy, YES she was! I tend to post the more high fashion, editorial look.

    Be Blessed
